ShivShakti Nursery is an online plant nursery offering a selection of indoor plants, fruit plants and other garden-friendly plants for customers across India.

However, plants are living products and naturally vary in:

• Shape
• Leaf count
• Color
• Growth pattern
• Overall appearance

The plant you receive may therefore have minor differences from the photographs shown on the website.

3. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact the customer and discuss the available options.

4. Pricing

All product prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹).

Prices may change from time to time without prior notice. However, the price applicable to an order will generally be the price displayed at the time the order is placed.

5. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are responsible for providing accurate information, including:

• Delivery address
• Phone number
• Email address

Please check your information carefully before completing your purchase.

We reserve the right to contact you if clarification is required regarding your order or delivery details.

6. Payment

Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Orders must be paid online through the payment methods made available during checkout.

An order will be processed after successful payment confirmation.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We currently offer delivery across India.

Estimated delivery timelines are:

• West Bengal: 3–5 business days
• Rest of India: 7–10 business days

These are estimated delivery times and may vary because of weather conditions, courier delays, holidays, transportation issues or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders above ₹500.

For orders below ₹500, applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.

9. Plant Care

Customers are responsible for providing appropriate care after receiving their plants.

Plant health can be affected by factors such as:

• Watering
• Sunlight
• Temperature
• Humidity
• Soil
• Fertilization
• Pests
• Repotting
• Local environmental conditions

We provide general plant-care information to help customers care for their plants, but actual plant growth and health may vary depending on individual growing conditions.

10. Damaged Plants & Replacements

If a plant arrives significantly damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Customers may be asked to provide photographs, videos and order information so that we can assess the issue.

Where appropriate, ShivShakti Nursery may offer a replacement or another suitable resolution.

11. Website Content

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date.

However, we do not guarantee that all website content, descriptions, images, prices or other information will always be completely accurate, current or free from errors.

We reserve the right to correct errors and update information when necessary.

The content of this website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, branding and other materials, belongs to ShivShakti Nursery or its respective content providers unless otherwise stated.

ShivShakti Nursery is not responsible for plant health issues resulting from conditions outside our control after delivery, including improper watering, unsuitable lighting, extreme temperatures, pests, incorrect repotting or other inappropriate care.
