At ShivShakti Nursery, we carefully pack every plant to help ensure it reaches you safely and in good condition. We currently deliver plants across India.

We offer delivery across India, including West Bengal and other states.

Delivery Timeline

Our estimated delivery timelines are:

West Bengal: 3–5 business days
Rest of India: 7–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, courier operations, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on orders above ₹500.

For orders below ₹500, applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.

All orders must be paid for online at the time of purchase.

Plant Packaging

Plants are carefully selected, prepared and securely packaged before dispatch. Since plants are living products, minor changes such as a few fallen leaves or slight variation in appearance may occur during transportation. This is normal and does not necessarily indicate damage to the plant.

We take care to use appropriate packaging to minimize the possibility of damage during transit.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide tracking information where available so that you can follow your shipment.

Delayed or Damaged Shipments

If your order is significantly delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs/videos of the package and plant so that we can review the issue and assist you.
